An overview on how do we obtain and use your personal data?

When you use Sellmyiphone and register a new account in order to recycle a device you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, address, mobile phone number and email address.

We will use this information to:

  1. Keep you up to date on the progress of your device sale.
  2. Keep you informed on Sellmyiphone?s latest products and services if you have opted-IN during registration.
  3. Keep you informed on the latest products and services of carefully selected 3rd parties (including special offers, discounts and competitions) if you choose to opt-in during registration.

We may contact you by any of the following methods:

  • Telephone
  • Text message or picture message
  • Post

You are able to opt out of any such marketing at any time by simply activating the opt-out option made available on the media in which you were contacted.

You can also write to us ("To the Data Controller") at any time at the address above in order to have your details removed from any further marketing.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The above data you voluntarily provide to us for your use of our Sellmyiphone service, we also collect certain personal data by using cookies, including similar technologies such as local storage when you visit the website.
